I enjoy reading old books. The attraction is akin to collecting antiques, which perhaps stems from a disagreement with the contemporary world. Some time ago, I picked up a habit of browsing shops, dusting off worn jackets and thumbing through brittle pages. I discovered that good writing, like good music, transcends time.

The blog is a way to share some of these finds, more as a form of entertainment than of suggested reading. Keep in mind that a book review consists of a few facts, plenty of biased opinion and a dose of creativity.
